When you activate your subscription, you become a client of the firm for 365 days from the date of activation.  You get legal advice whenever you need it—without the surprise legal bill.

No hourly fees

Instead of paying law firm hourly fees, you pay a single fee and get access to an on-call attorney who can provide counseling on any employment-related legal issue for a full 365 days.

Each plan includes unlimited employment law counseling and up to one legal document review or draft per month.  Plans last 365 days, starting from the date of activation.

No. In addition to affordable on-call help, we can assist remotely. Most of our clients prefer to meet with us by phone or video conference services like Zoom, and to share documents by email or text message.

Before activating your subscription, we need to make sure your lawyer does not have a conflict of interest and is able to represent you. A staff member will contact you within 1-2 business days to obtain additional information needed to complete your account activation.

WorkWorld 365 is offered exclusively to employees. However, all individuals employed in California are eligible, including supervisors. 

Yes, you may cancel at any time.

No, we will contact you at the end of your subscription period. You choose whether you’d like to continue for another year.

We’ll support you through your lawsuit. Although WorkWorld 365 is designed to avoid lawsuits, sometimes filing a claim is necessary to enforce employees’ rights.  

If you need to file a claim, a separate fee agreement may be required.  WorkWorld Law does not charge employees for litigation services or court costs advanced, unless you win a case we file.
